This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. "We", "us" and "our" means MB Solutionz UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16012693), registered office Unit C, 1st Floor Offices, 122 Bridge Road, Leicester, LE5 3QN. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• When you use our contact form: your name, business name (if given), email address, phone number (if given), what you are interested in and your message.
• When you call, email or message us: the contact details and information you choose to give us.
• When you order from us: details needed to supply, deliver and invoice — for example your business and delivery address, order history and payment records.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and the font provider automatically receive your IP address and browser information, as every website does, to deliver the page.

Please do not include passwords or payment card details in the contact form.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a price — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
• To supply and deliver what you order — performance of our contract with you.
• To keep accounts and tax records — compliance with our legal obligations.
• To keep the website working and secure — our legitimate interest in running a safe website.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

• Netlify, Inc. — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
• Google — provides the fonts used on this site (Google Fonts) and may provide our email service.
• Delivery and payment providers — only what is needed to deliver your order.
• Our accountant and HMRC — where needed for accounts and tax.
• Others — only if required by law, or with your agreement.

Netlify and Google may process data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK–US data bridge or by the standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Customer and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month. There is no charge in most cases.
